Training is typically done in an open space with room to move around. However it does not have to be a big space at all. An 8 x 8 room is often enough. The only thing we recommend is privacy and no distractions.
As long as you have privacy, peace and space, minimal equipment is needed. Your assigned personal trainer will provide all the lessons and equipment necessary to make you successful. Workouts consist of a combination of calisthenics and simple weights. No fancy or large machinery is required. Training outdoors is also an option.
Most programs will offer training but leave out the most important aspect, which is your diet.
To achieve success, weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Diet plays a major role in fitness and weight loss and we focus on that.
